We went to one of the seven wonders of the world today. It was incredible.  We have seen amazing things. We are off to Rome in the morning!

We have had an amazing time in Italy thus far. Venice was simply amazing. We truly enjoyed everything. The Doges was terrific and breath taking. I have eaten two gelatos a day…seriously it could be 4! I LOVE it. We have drank our way thru Florence. We walked miles, and went to San Minanto….where we saw all of Tuscany. Beautiful. Il Duomo is huge, and overwhelming, and amazing! We met a sweet old Italian man who filled us in on all sorts of details of Italy. Tonight we went to dinner at a 600 old wine bar!!! We LOVED it! Now we are visiting my cousin Lauren, at her school in Florence. We are off to drink at an Irish bar…in FLORENCE ODD! In the morning we are going to Pisa, and then to the Uffizi Museum. Soon enough we will be off to Rome. We can’t wait to to share all our photos! ciao!!!

Florence, ahhhh how nice. According to plans, we are in Florence!

That’s right, Venice baby! If everything is going right we should be in Italy right now as you read this…Gotta go find some wine!

So the bags are packed, despite the nightmare last night, we are PACKED! The camera is charged. My travel journal is made…check it out! I love stickers! We will be in each city for 3 or 4 nights! We are so excited! We will see Venice, Florence, stop in Tuscany, and of course Rome! I can’t wait to ride in a gondola, drink wine, go to Pisa (where I AM SURE Bobby will make me take a ridiculous photo) , go to the Colosseum, see the Vatican City, and do tons of other things we have planned!

This is our last post before our trip, hopefully we will be able to make at least a few from Italy!
