Well, it’s that time of year. Fall in New England. Summer’s out, winter’s coming and the trees are slowly losing their palette of green’s and moving towards oranges, reds, yellows, and browns…

We headed out this weekend to go apple picking with Mike, Lori, and Nate. The spot was Blue Jay Orchards in Bethel, CT. The weather was perfect, it felt like a fall should and we had a blast!

We’ve been slacking as of late! September proved to be a month of extensive travel and getting here to make posts would have seemed like a chore, so I apologize for the delay.

This weekend we decided to tear up the open sea’s once again. So Pops Love, Dave, Mel, and Matt all flew out to Boston Thursday afternoon.

We consumed over 240 beers, caught over 60 fish, kept over 25 fish, ate 13lbs of fried Cod and Haddock, smoked a dozen or so cigars, and managed to get no one killed.
