I guess it’s what to expect this time of year. We got about 10″ on Friday night and another 4″ or so today. It’s the perfect light and fluffy stuff that gets me excited to go snowboarding! Here’s some shots from outside the front door today.

***I lied, this one is from Friday night when I headed out to clean off Wendi’s car***

We did all things things holly and Christmas this weekend. Friday night was Wendi’s school holiday concert and Saturday we headed into New York City for Irving Berlin’s White Christmas on Broadway and to enjoy the city at Christmas.

***Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree – it was a freaking zoo down by this thing!***

***The outside of Radio City Music Hall***

***Wendi at dinner. We ate at a great place called Thalia. I had the sweet potato gnocchi and they were ridiculously good!***

***In the center of the shot here you can see the Marquis sign with White Christmas on it – the show was sooooo good, I recommend that everyone figure out a way to see this show***

***Us being nerds with a self timer shot sitting on the floor at our hotel. We stayed at the Marriott Downtown, it was all dressed up for the holidays.***

***The tree in the lobby of the hotel shot from the second floor.***

***Us, totally geeking in the mirror waiting for the elevator. Amateur me with the flash on…or wait, is it a holy light from my womb…or, wait, I don’t have a womb?***

***Probably my favorite photo of the weekend. I walked in to the hotel room and Wendi had found warmth from the sun coming in the hotel windows and she was out like a light. She was holding the baby bump so perfectly I just couldn’t resist a photo.***

Well, we can’t hold it off forever – the snow finally arrived here. I quickly ran to Best Buy today to get Wendi a remote starter for her car after I realized that it was actually really cold and that we would actually have a baby soon and that a nice warm car would be pretty sweet.
