I started on the photos today and it will be a while until I have them all up. You can see them here:

When In Rome

March 15, 2008 - Posted by Bobby - No Comments »

When in Rome…drink like a fish? Seriously, we’ve pounded more wine in the past week than I’ve ever had in my life. It doesnt matter if its 10 at night or 10 in the morning, chances are ill have a goblet of wine.

If you cant tell, this is Bobby back, I had to jack the posting from Wendi because she was boring.

Did she post yet about the nekkid double d’s prostitute we saw in Pisa? Awesome. I couldnt get my camera fast enough for a picture and the bus driver wasnt keen on pulling over so I could pay her for a photo, damn. Maybe next time.

We actually just got into Rome about an hour ago after spending the afternoon in Orviento. The Orviento white wines are outstanding, the best ive had.

Wel, I have to get cleaned up to head out to drink more…and eat a fancy little joint just outside the Collesium steps.

We have had an amazing time in Italy thus far. Venice was simply amazing. We truly enjoyed everything. The Doges was terrific and breath taking. I have eaten two gelatos a day…seriously it could be 4! I LOVE it. We have drank our way thru Florence. We walked miles, and went to San Minanto….where we saw all of Tuscany. Beautiful. Il Duomo is huge, and overwhelming, and amazing! We met a sweet old Italian man who filled us in on all sorts of details of Italy. Tonight we went to dinner at a 600 old wine bar!!! We LOVED it! Now we are visiting my cousin Lauren, at her school in Florence. We are off to drink at an Irish bar…in FLORENCE ODD! In the morning we are going to Pisa, and then to the Uffizi Museum. Soon enough we will be off to Rome. We can’t wait to to share all our photos! ciao!!!
