I pulled the trigger on a brand new 24 inch IMAC! This thing is frikin amazing…and MASSIVE. My P.O.S. Toshiba laptop has been at Best Buy for about 3 months now, so I needed a new design machine and I decided I needed to go for the Cadillac this time. On a little side rant – NEVER BUY A WARRANTY AT BEST BUY, it has been a nightmare with them and I will never shop there again.

Back to my happy IMAC post. I’ve never had a Apple computer before and I must say that so far (been a week) I am so impressed. They really have everything figured out over there and are light years ahead of any PC I’ve worked on. So, here are some photos:

It’s 3:30a.m. EST and I’m on the phone….My flight to Vegas has been canceled because of a nor’easter hitting NY. I’m pissed off, sitting on the phone with hotels and airlines trying to figure out how to either fix this mess or cancel it altogether. What’s worse is that last year this same crap happened for this same conference in Vegas. I ask you Vegas, “why have you shunned me?”

The Easter bunny came this year and brought chocolate. I ate said chocolate all in about an hour. I was sick for about 8 hours. I can’t stomach chocolate anymore. Secretly, I want more chocolate.

***We went to brunch at 59 Bank and enjoyed some eggy Easter style eats. We really love our town, this is the corner that 59 Bank sits on.***

***We went for a ride to Macedonia State Park and it was really gorgeous. My micro machine car fit perfectly next to a little trout stream.***

***We hiked a bit of the trail at the park. Actually, Bella had to poop. It was like 34 degrees out so we didn’t want to get out but I didn’t want her to poo in the car.***

I just noticed that I don’t post shit on this site anymore…Well, I mean, I post plenty of shit but just don’t post enough shit. It’s easy to grow ill of updating something like this, it does require a bit of my time, but I enjoy the hassle I get from visitors when I let it lay dormant and that’s what keeps me keeping it alive.

Anyways, for St. Patrick’s (I am part Irish afterall!), we went up to Boston and watched our Matron of Honor’s husband play with his family Irish band at a pub. I don’t know what they call themselves but I do know him and his brother have a band called the Vinyl Squares. Dave, email me if your family band has a link so I can post it.
