She Said Yes!

4 years to the very moment that I met Wendi.

I asked her in the same place her father asked her mother, the Top of The Hub on the 52nd floor of the Prudential building in downtown Boston.

I’m not the best jewelry photographer, but here’s a quick close up:

New Milford Pictures

November 7, 2006 - Posted by Bobby - No Comments »

Just a couple random pictures from our downtown main street. New Milford has been home now for about 9 months and we’re really enjoying it up here. Close enough to the big cities, NYC, Boston, Philly, etc., but our town is just country enough to keep this Nebraska boy happy. I’m looking forward to the lake freezing so I can do some ice fishing and drinking; mostly drinking. Funny how that works.

Work has ramped up into the final quarter. We’re all busting ass for high numbers, we’re losing our hair, and partying whenever we can. Wendi is doing well, teaching high school at some uber private boarding school where I go a couple times a week for free food. I haven’t been home in what seems like forever, but time is really hard to come by these days. That sucks to actually say that, but I can’t chaulk it up to anything other than that.

My mom had her knee partially replaced and is held up on vicodin for the next few weeks. I really wanted my folks to come out for the fall, but my mom ruined it all. (just kidding mom, save me vicodin).
