Sunday was awesome! Wendi and I woke up early and hit the road to take a drive up RT 7 to Massachusetts. We followed the Housatonic River all the way. The view’s this time of year are breath taking. Small New England towns nestled amongst the yellow, red, and green trees. Fly fisherman every couple of miles or so. The Cornwall Covered Bridge sitting strong, as if it knows how rare its’ kind is in this modern day. I really love this part of the country.
Some photos from yesterday:
***Went to this great pumpkin patch off RT 4. Pick your own pumkin, $.50/lb.***
***Old bridge in our town, New Milford, that spans the Housatonic***
***Shot from the same bridge above, looking up the Housatonic.***
***A picture of the green space in New Milford. This is the heart of our town.***
