Kent Falls – Kent, CT

As is typical with me, I am a week late posting these photos. So I’m sure we’re doing really bad ass this weekend as well, but you won’t find out until next weekend. That kinda sucks…
We went up to Kent Falls last weekend to hike and see the falls at least once more before they freeze for the winter. The falls are only about 20 minutes north of our condo, so it’s nice to have a gorgeous place like this in the backyard.
Kent Falls has some great hiking in and around the park so we checked some of that out until Bella decided she couldn’t (didn’t want to) walk anymore.

***A couple photos from the base of the falls. It’s a really cool place.***

***About 150 feet uphill you find some real “falls”.***

***A shot of the forest on the hike down from the top of the falls. Beautiful trees.***

***Ok, so it’s not part of Kent Falls, but this old train is off to the side of the road on the way back home…and well, Bella’s got a thing for trains. Look at her drive this thing in to the ground.***
